CLASSIC
PILSNER
Our Brewmaster's goal in creating Classic Pilsner was to brew the
quintessential lager beer - a beer style inspired by the harsh and
humbling wilderness.
This smooth and lightly hopped beer has a refreshing taste that
will satisfy the most demanding lager enthusiast - & a special
vial of hop extract allowing the brewer to add to the 'bite' of
the final beer.

RED
ALE
The reddish amber hue of this original recipe is so strong that
it may cause you to overlook how truly refreshing the distinctly
'microbrewed' sweet, rich malt flavour of this ale is.
SO if you have a strong thirst after a long day of stoking the
fires we humbly recommend you try a little of this devilishly strong
ale.

WHEAT
BEER
This
Bavarian type wheat beer is one of the fastest growing beer styles
in Europe. A golden brew, it is made from a blend of wheat &
barley malts.
It is called 'Hefe Weizen' in Germany because it is served refreshingly
chilled with the 'Hefe' or yeast poured right in the glass, producing
an attractive white haze.
It is often served with a wedge of lemon to add to its thirst quenching
character. Watch out for the tangy character of the wheat emerging,
with stealth, from the aftertaste. We call this phenomenon "the
bite".
